The Da Vinci Code
While in Paris on business, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon receives
an urgent late night phone call from the elderly curator of the Louvre.
He has been murdered inside the museum.
Near the body, police have found a baffling cipher. While working to
solve the enigmatic riddle, Langdon is stunned to discover it leads to a
trail of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci clues visible for all to

Neveu match wits with a faceless powerbroker who seems to anticipate
their every move. Unless Langdon and Neveu can decipher the labyrinthine
puzzle in time, the Priory's ancient secret and an explosive historical
truth will be lost forever.

June 22, 1964
Dan was born and raised in Exeter, New Hampshire and was the oldest of
three children. His mother Constance was a professional musician playing
the organ at church. Dan's father was a math teacher at the local high
school.
Dan's father taught at a boarding school called Phillips Exeter Academy
which required the teachers is to live on campus for at least 10 years.
Dan and his family were raised on the school grounds.
After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy he attended Amherst
College and was a writing student of Alan Lelchuk. Dan graduated with a
major in Spanish and English.
And was actually interested in making music and soon moved to Hollywood
California. He made one CD and soon found it difficult to stay in the
music business He met a woman they are named Blythe Newlon and they were
married after they moved back to New Hampshire.
Dan soon found himself teaching at his old high school as an English
teacher.
In 1994 he released the CD titled Angels and Demons which he later used
for the novel of course. While on vacation he read Sidney Sheldon's
novel the doomsday conspiracy and thought he could do better, like most
writers in general.
Soon his writing career was off and the rest was history.
Richard usually gets up early in the morning to start working and keeps
an antique hourglass by his desk as a reminder to take necessary breaks.
