What a life Louise Hay has led. She was born in Los Angeles and the year after that her father and mother got a divorce. Her mother remarried another man and in her own words she referred to him as a brutalizer. He beat her often while she was young and as she became a teenager he stopped beating her and started to have sex with her.

She was also raped by a man down the street whom later went to jail. Louise's life is a typical rags to riches novel. If she can do it so can you. I can't believe the will power this woman must have to have came from where she was to where she is now.

Louise started Hay House a popular spiritual book publishing company. You can probably find Hay House advertising on this website. Louise turned her life around while reading "The Game of Life" by Florence Scovel Shinn. She is a strong supporter of positive affirmations and the power of your words to create your life in a negative or positive way.

Who can't fall in love with this woman.

What an inspiration Louise has been on my life and the life of millions of people around the world. Hay House publishing produces most of the books for the modern day spiritual authors.

I was at a video store one day looking for an inspirational movie when I ran across one of her old movies and I can't even remember the name of the movie because I lost it in a fire.

But I remember what the movie was about and there was a woman talking about love and doing mirror work with affirmations. This all sounded kind of funky to me like it sounds to most people when they're just starting down the spiritual path to improve their life.

Louise did make a movie called "You Can Heal Your Life" and I highly recommend this movie. I have watched a movie about 10 times and will probably watch it another 50 times as I do with most movies I really enjoy.
