| Religions One of my
favorite topics religions of the world and what are we going to do with
them.
Religions have brought both pain and joy to those belonging to them and
opposing them. I have read many of books, watched many of movies and
explored the world of religions for most of my life.
Organized religion seems to have become too powerful and some of them
have became corrupt organizations. Like world empires some of these
religions time has come and there is no longer a need for them. New
religions will take their place of course and these new religions could
also suffer the fate of their predecessors.
I do realize most religions do way more good for most people than bad.
There will always be a need for some form of religion for us. It's hard
to get away from that which you were raised in, if you are raised a
Catholic there is a good chance you are going to die a Catholic.
Breaking away from an organization that doesn't make any sense or even
an organization that can't answer all of your questions to your
satisfaction does not serve its purpose.
I'm asking you to take a close look at your religion, even if you are an
atheists, examine your life and those around you. Do you see one
religion as more peaceful, loving and compassionate.
Do you see some religions always fighting in the name of their god.
Someone has always got to be right, so we must fight a war to prove we
are right. If you choose to live without reading any of the books on
this website or you choose to be close minded, only believing in what
someone else told you as a fact with no proof, or what about this one
you must have faith. You are in trouble.
What will it hurt to reading a few books about another religion or talk
to someone and find out why they believe what they believe or even how
they came about choosing their religion.
Find some answers for yourself even if it's more information about your
own religion. There are some great books about different religions
throughout this website. So what are you waiting for, pick one and start
reading.
